Unfortunately this is not the post I want to make ☹️

I had an order come in from a customer that I knew on a personal level they ordered x2 4ft banners - which ended up being $100 total. I just spoke w the costumer 2 days prior to let them know I would bring the banners to work w me this week so they could pick up for their event the following weekend. I got to work that week and got asked by a coworker if I was still doing these banners I replied “yes” she said we’ll look at this…. My customer had asked someone else and did not even bother to tell me as to what was going on, I contacted the customer and obviously I was irritated with the situation but I let it go. I LET IT GO.

So, for here on out if there is a banner that is ordered from me I will require a 50% down payment so whatever your total is half of that will be due before I even START the banner. I did not want to do this because I do not feel that everyone should be paying for what this customer did but I also have a business to run. I hope you all understand and I can continue to grow and bring joy with custom banners to your events. Thank You!
