"Cambodia firmly condemns and rejects the false and malicious claims by the Thai side alleging that Cambodia has fired long-range PHL 03 missiles into Thai territory.

Cambodia reaffirms that, as of July 28, it has neither deployed nor is prepared to deploy the PHL 03 long-range missiles.

These unfounded accusations are aimed at justifying more brutal and inhumane actions, while their false narrative seeks to mislead both their own citizens and the international community."
