Woke up at 6am with stomach pain. Went to the bathroom 5 times and vomitted twice uugghh.... what a great way to wake up this morning 🤦‍♀️ What could this mean now???

What can I say???? I have been feeling great these past couple days. No attacks, no crisis, no pains. However, lately I have been craving Pepsi for the past 6 days and those who knows me best, knows I DO NOT DRINK SODAS AT ALL!!!! Crazy right??? Ultimately, I found out that when your body is lacking water and nutrients, your body will crave sugary drinks because sugar provides a quick source of energy for your body. Not only does Sickle Cell Patients goes through this, but normal people too.

However, WATER IS THE BEST BET POSSIBLE TO STAY HYDRATED!!!!

Today was another day of feeling pain free!!! I continue to pray for even more better days. Tomorrow I have an appointment at MUSC in Charleston to see my doctors tomorrow. I will keep you updated as well to show you what all I have to go through.
