As someone who doesn’t cook and usually avoids anything more complicated than toast, this was shockingly easy. The directions were clear, step-by-step, and foolproof — even I could follow them without overthinking. In no time, I had a dish on the table that the we enjoyed.
Vodka Chicken Parm with rigatoni, chopped salad, and sourdough garlic bread. Into the oven-[400 @ 8min]. Smells legit. Chicken's tender, vodka sauce is silky, little heat from the pepper, and that parm finish. Salad's bright, olives punch through.
For a heat-and-serve? I'd grab this again for an easy Sunday.
