We survived the chaos and still pulled off one of the most unhinged, real, and hilarious episodes yet.
Ahrue Luster came through on the Intrusive Thoughts Podcast and we went FULL SEND: spotty WiFi fighting for its life, Air Con acting possessed, girl chat, wild conspiracies, and nonstop ADD brain glitches.

We’ve been through a whole lifetime of technical difficulties and mental tangents… but we came out the other side with an absolute banger of a conversation. Raw, funny, and weirdly wholesome.

Today we pause in solemn gratitude to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our nation.

To every soldier, sailor, airman, Marine, and guardian who gave their life so that we could live in freedom... we thank you. Your courage, your selflessness, and your unwavering love for this country will never be forgotten. Because of you, we get to enjoy backyard barbecues, laughter with family, quiet mornings, and the simple blessings of liberty that so many take for granted.

This weekend was beautiful, full of life and joy, precisely because of what you gave. We owe you a debt we can never fully repay. All we can offer is our deepest respect, our unwavering remembrance, and our promise to live lives worthy of your sacrifice.
We will never forget.

May God bless our fallen heroes, their families, and the United States of America.

Ahrue Luster just hit us with the truth about real music. Back in the Ross Robinson era, nothing was quantized to the grid. No perfect clicks. Just raw human feel.... drums breathing, tempos living and breathing with the emotion.

“The Needle and Your Pain” by hits differently when you realize it’s not just about one kind of suffering… it’s about ALL of it. Loss. Addiction. Watching someone you love fight battles you can’t fight for them.

Music has a way of taking one story and turning it into thousands of personal meanings. That’s what makes songs like this timeless. Everybody has felt helpless watching pain consume someone they care about. And somehow, through the darkness, songs like this remind us we’re not alone.
