As I believe any version of child abuse or endangerment to be a matter of public safety, I will be posting this. It was sobering to think of this particular call over the scanner when it crossed my mind today traveling down the same street and seeing all the buses for the new school year this morning.

In the area of the Younts Road and William Penn Road intersection, a vehicle has struck a horse and buggy. All occupants of the buggy were ejected.
