Wanna feel more alive?
Eat more living food!
The food we eat is a direct connection to our quality of life…
Today at the Williams farmers market I found lots of delicious local treats!
Amazing seeded grapes that would blow your mind!(and your taste buds!)
Kale and basil! (I love basil!)
Fresh picked local peaches!! 🍑
Figs and fresh pressed apple cider!!
Even got some eggplant and green beans just for a little change in my dinners!
It was surprisingly inexpensive and I feel so abundant having all this richness in my space!
From the colors, to the textures, to the scent and flavors… I am all in when it comes to deepening my connection with my food, gut, and nutrition!
Thankful for my guides in this journey of health and creating a more fruitful space inside and out!
