Happy Hispanic Heritage month! This past weekend I attended Festival del Miaz at Crossroads in Bellevue. Being apart of so community celebrations this past September was amazing. I truly do love how vibrant Bellevue is.

When I started No Dumb Questions, it was to build a community based on curiosity, vulnerability and open mindedness in a apolitical setting within the Greater Seattle Area.

I was naive to think that was possible.

Everything is political, especially in the United States. Water is political. Air is political. Land is political.

As a U.S. citizen, it feels disingenuous to have conversations that are meaningful but don't fully address the elephant in the room.

People are getting kidnapped. Political opponents jailed. So, if you ever wondered what you'd do during terrible times, you have your answer to that question right now. I didn't like mine and that was a wake up call. My heart was in a good place. My actions need to be in a better place.

So I am going to shift:
