💦 The pool didn’t change my life. What it represents did.

Opening the pool today reminded me of something…

From the outside, people see the water, the sunshine, and the backyard.

What they don’t see are the hours worked, the maintenance, the expenses, and the responsibility that come with it.

And honestly? That’s life.

Whether it’s a pool, a home, traveling, starting a family someday, or simply having more quality time with the people you love—everything worth having requires effort.

I’m not complaining at all. In fact, I’m grateful. 🙏

But moments like this remind me why I started looking for additional ways to create more flexibility and options outside of my nursing shifts.

Not because I want a glamorous lifestyle.

Not because I want to stop being a nurse.

But because I want balance.

To enjoy the things we’ve worked hard for without feeling like every goal depends on picking up another shift.

Today was pool-opening day. ☀️💙

A little work.
A little maintenance.
A little reminder of why building options matters.

❤️ What are you working toward for yourself and your family?

If you’re curious about how I’ve been creating additional options alongside my nursing career, feel free to send me a message. I’m always happy to share my experience and what I’ve been learning.

✨ Sunday Reflection ✨

Today’s Gospel reminds us that Jesus looked at the people with compassion. ❤️

In a world where everyone seems busy, stressed, and carrying silent battles, a little kindness can go a long way.

As a nurse, I’m reminded that sometimes the most meaningful things we do aren’t the big moments—it’s simply showing up, caring, listening, and helping where we can. 🙏

As we start a new week, may we have a heart that sees people the way Jesus sees them—with compassion, patience, and love. ❤️✨

“The harvest is abundant, but the laborers are few.” – Matthew 9:37

Have a blessed Sunday everyone! 🙏🌿

❤️🙏✨

Nurses, can I ask you something? 👇

What would happen if your hours got cut tomorrow?

A few months ago, I started thinking about that question more seriously.

Not because I don’t love nursing—I absolutely do. 💙

But healthcare can be unpredictable. Census changes. Hours fluctuate. Life gets more expensive.

That’s why I decided to learn a skill that could give me additional options outside of my nursing career.

No, I’m not leaving nursing.

I’m simply creating another path while continuing to do what I love.

If you’re a nurse, healthcare worker, or fellow expat who’s open to learning something new and creating more flexibility for your future, I’d love to share what I’ve been learning.

📩 Send me the word “NURSE” and let’s chat.

No pressure. Just a conversation.

🍠 Confession Time… 😍🍨

I may have a favorite ice cream flavor… and yes, it’s UBE! 💜

Something about that creamy sweet purple yam flavor just feels like a little taste of home in every scoop. 🇵🇭✨

After a busy week, it’s the simple things that make me smile—good food, little treats, and taking a moment to enjoy life along the way. 😊

So now I’m curious…

👇 What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?

Mine will always be Team Ube! 💜🍠🍦

💡 I wish someone told me this sooner…

As nurses, we work hard for every dollar we earn. 🩺

Calling all nurses—especially my fellow dialysis nurses—this message is for you. If you’ve ever felt like there should be more opportunities beyond picking up extra shifts, you’re not alone.

Lately, I’ve realized that learning about business, financial planning, and how money works can create opportunities many of us were never taught about.

I used to think the only way to get ahead was to work more shifts. Now I see that gaining new skills and financial literacy can open doors to different possibilities.

I’m still proud to be a dialysis nurse, and I’m not going anywhere. But I’m grateful to be exploring ways to create more options for my future while continuing the career I love. ✨

Sometimes it’s not about working harder—it’s about learning something new.

Nurses, let me ask you this: what’s one thing about money, investing, budgeting, or business that you wish nursing school had actually taught you? 👀

I’d love to hear your experience—drop your answer in the comments and let’s learn from each other. 💬

☀️ Good morning from your dialysis nurse, Rhea! 💙

Checking in from another hospital today.

Things have been a little slower at my home hospital lately, and one thing I’ve learned in dialysis is that flexibility matters. Thankfully, our company has multiple locations, which helps us continue supporting patients and keep our hours when one facility slows down.

Now, if you know me, you know I’m not the biggest fan of driving all over the place 😅. Driving to unfamiliar locations can definitely make my anxiety kick in.

But good thing this hospital is only about 15 minutes from home, so today was an easy yes. 🙏

Every hospital is different, every day brings new experiences, and every opportunity helps me grow as a nurse.

To my fellow dialysis nurses, bedside nurses, and healthcare professionals—thank you for showing up wherever you’re needed. 💙

Are you someone who enjoys floating to different locations, or do you prefer staying at your home unit? 👇

💙 Healing lives by profession. Building dreams by purpose.

As a dialysis nurse, I’ve always been passionate about caring for others. But over time, I realized that caring for my future and my family’s future is important too.

That’s why I chose to learn something new outside of my nursing career—not to replace it, but to create more options, flexibility, and peace of mind for the road ahead.

I’m still showing up for my patients.
Still showing up for my goals.
And still growing one step at a time. ✨

Because sometimes the best investment you can make is in yourself and the future you’re trying to build.

I know I’m not the only one who wants a little more flexibility, a little more security, and more time for the people who matter most. ❤️

What would having more flexibility in your life allow you to do? 👇

If you’re curious about the path I’m taking and would like to learn more, feel free to send me a message. I’d be happy to share my experience and help however I can. 😊

✨ It's Official... My Website Is Live! ✨

For a long time, I was the person who kept saying, "Maybe someday."

Someday I'll learn something new.
Someday I'll explore other options.
Someday I'll take action.

But I realized that someday doesn't create change—action does.

As a dialysis nurse, I've always believed in working hard. But I also knew I wanted more options, more flexibility, greater financial security, and more opportunities for our future.

So I decided to stop just thinking about it and start learning.

The photos in this carousel share a little bit of my WHY.

And today, I'm excited to officially share my website:

This website is for anyone who's curious about learning, taking action, and exploring what's possible through building an online business.

No pressure. No obligation.

Just information, education, and a place to start if you've ever wondered whether there's another way to create additional income, build financial security, and create more opportunities for yourself and your family.

Take a look, and if you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. I'd be happy to help. ❤️

✨ Small actions. Big impact.

The future I’m hoping for won’t happen by chance—it will happen through the choices I make today.

So I keep learning.
I keep planning.
And I keep showing up.

Because every goal starts with a decision to begin. ❤️

What’s one thing you’re working on right now?

✨ Sunday Reflection ✨

In a world that constantly tells us to chase more, today’s Gospel reminds us that our greatest need is not more of what the world offers, but more of God’s presence in our lives. ❤️

As we begin a new week, may we trust His timing, follow His guidance, and remember that every blessing starts with Him.

When our faith is strong, we can face life’s challenges with greater peace, purpose, and confidence. 🙏✨

“I am the living bread that came down from heaven.” — John 6:51

Wishing everyone a blessed Sunday filled with faith, gratitude, and hope. ❤️🙏
