Unfortunately, I didn’t have any chicken that I could fry up so air fryer chicken nuggets covered in barbecue sauce will work just fine!!

Had one of those random cravings that wouldn’t go away… a Greek gyro. 😅

Costco had everything I needed, so dinner plans changed real quick.

Warm pita, seasoned gyro meat, fresh veggies, creamy tzatziki, and way too many napkins later… I’d call that a successful dinner. Sometimes the best meals are the ones you didn’t plan.

Question for you… what’s one meal you’ll immediately make at home the second a craving hits?
