Melangers DOWN!
At 12:40 tonight I was woken by the sound of a smoke detector. One of the melangers caught fire and took the rest of them with’m. Thankfully it didn’t burn down my house or injure anyone. My wife and I put out the fire and call the fire department to assess the damage and make sure the fire threat was indeed gone. I am thankful it was only some equipment and one room damaged. Nevertheless, that equipment is expensive.
If you have been on the fence about buying our amazing chocolate or, please do so now. If you love it and want so’emore of it, order now. I hope I can sell out to buy melangers. Without melangers I cannot make chocolate, as it grinds the nibs into a liquid.
