This guy was a local mental health advocate/ legend from what I have been hearing. Sad to say he is no longer on this Earth. However, impact is everything, so it is impossible to forget this mental health warrior!

Our hearts are broken as we grieve the loss of someone who meant so much to so many. A true ‘bestie’ of the world and so many to us, Keaton Herman.

Keaton was the kind of person this world desperately needs more of. He loved people deeply and genuinely, not just the people closest to him, but complete strangers too. He had a way of making people feel seen, important, and valued without asking for anything in return. He carried kindness so naturally and gave it away so freely.

Keaton was involved in so many different su***de prevention and mental health efforts because he truly believed “people matter”! Advocacy was not something he did for accolades; it was simply who he was. He checked on people constantly. He reminded people they were loved. He showed up for others over and over again, even when they did not expect it!

Keaton had a way of making the darkest days a bit brighter with his pure love and heart for everyone he met. Every person who came in contact with him was happier and more joyful because of him. He could make you laugh more than most comedians could! 🩶

So many people knew him as the person who would send the text first, ask if you were okay, or remind you to keep going. He loved with his whole heart. Fully. Openly. Fearlessly. Even if he had never met you.

The world feels heavier without him here.

There are no perfect words for a loss like this. It feels unfair and impossible to understand. But what we do know is that Keaton made a lasting impact on countless lives simply by being exactly who he was!

The world needs more Keatons.

More people who choose compassion. More people who lead with empathy. More people who make others feel less alone.

Keaton, thank you for the love you poured into this world and into the people around you. We will carry your heart with us forever.

Our hearts are with Keaton’s family, friends, all of his besties (as he always said). We are here for anyone grieving this unexpected loss. 🩶

Rest easy, friend. We will never forget you.

There's been a lot going on guys. I normally share everything, but there are certain things that are between me, my people, and God. I still want to do a solo episode because I think the real listeners/followers of the pod deserve an update on me, and how I am currently navigating life. I also want to talk about Mental Health Awareness Month and how important it is to me.

Stay tuned...smash the like or love button to motivate me to record sooner.

Good conversations will be on there way. I have been talking to a rapper who got shelved by Dr. Dre. At least that's what I know, I wanna know more. Any guesses?

It’s not about ignoring or fighting the thoughts — it’s about accepting them and choosing what to do next. Externalizing the noise so it’s less personal and less powerful.

Learning about your OCD helps a lot. This is such a great episode. Available now on all platforms!

A new journey... at least for now.

The path of getting your life together after years of being lost abusing substances and partying is different for everyone. I am trying to figure out mine.

I really haven't shared much lately. Video tonight explaining more. This sums it up pretty well, though.
