Janice Combs, mother of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has written a moving letter to the judge ahead of his sentencing. She acknowledges that Diddy “has made some terrible mistakes,” but she emphasizes the trauma he's faced since childhood—losing his dad at 2 and his uncle at 9.

She also highlights his role caring for her and for his children despite his time in custody. The letter comes as his legal team is asking for a sentence of no more than 14 months, about the same time he’s already served. Sentencing is set for October 2025. 🙏

Sinclair Broadcast Group — which runs many of ABC’s biggest affiliate stations — along with Nexstar has declared it will not air Jimmy Kimmel Live! when the show returns on September 23.

The company says it wants host Jimmy Kimmel to issue a direct apology to the family of Charlie Kirk and make a “meaningful personal donation” to both them and Turning Point USA before resuming the broadcast on its stations. Sinclair also criticized Kimmel’s recent comments as “inappropriate and deeply insensitive.” The show will still air elsewhere, but millions in Sinclair markets won’t see it on their local ABC channels 📺.

Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, has been dropped as a patron by Julia’s House, following the leak of a 2011 email in which she apologized to convicted s*x offender Jeffrey Epstein. In the email, Ferguson described Epstein as a “steadfast, generous and supreme friend” and attributed her earlier public condemnation of him to external advice. Her spokesperson stated that she had been misled by Epstein and severed ties upon realizing the extent of his crimes.

Sophia Forchas, a 12-year-old seventh grader, is showing what her family calls a “miraculous” recovery after being shot in the head during Mass at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis on August 27.

The bullet entered through her left temporal lobe and lodged in her right occipital lobe. Doctors had to remove part of her skull to reduce swelling and said she was on the brink of death.

She’s now stable, leaving the acute care unit soon, and headed for inpatient rehab. The family, medical team, and community say her progress is nothing short of a true miracle 🙏

On Monday, President Trump claimed that taking Tylenol, known as paracetamol elsewhere, “is no good” and urged pregnant women to “fight like hell” to use it only in extreme cases of fever. His remarks, citing a disputed autism link, triggered fierce backlash from doctors, health officials, and major medical groups, who insist there is no proven connection and warn that discouraging its use could endanger both mothers and babies.

Jimmy Kimmel Live! is returning Tuesday after a brief suspension over controversial remarks about Charlie Kirk. Disney, ABC’s parent, said the jokes were “ill-timed and insensitive” but confirmed the show’s return following discussions with Kimmel.
