Hi Debbi, It was so good seeing you yesterday. Listening to all the amazing things you’re doing in your life like your podcast & book you are writing left me inspired. I honestly don’t know how you find the time or where all your energy comes from, but it’s truly magnetic. Keep being an inspiration. -P

At a recent charity meeting — one that was meant to bring people together in support of children and families — I experienced the sting of unkind words. It surprised me, especially in a setting created for good.

Beauty At Any Age, Age Is Just An Attitude

Movement is medicine — and one of my favorite parts of my morning routine.

After journaling and meditation, I move my body to wake up my energy and boost circulation. I start with a few minutes on my shaker plate and gentle lymphatic drainage exercises to get things flowing. Then I move into Qi Yoga, a calming way to stretch, breathe, and center myself.

Some mornings I’ll finish with a walk on the treadmill or a ride on the Peloton — depending on how I feel. 🚴‍♀️

No matter what, it’s about tuning in and honoring my body. Movement keeps me strong, clear, and glowing from the inside out. 🌸

Before the day begins, I take a few mindful moments to care for myself — inside and out.

1️⃣ Hydrate My Skin – I start by applying a light serum or ginseng moisturizer to my face and neck. It instantly wakes up my skin and gives me that fresh morning glow. 🌸
