HELP!!! It appears that CD Baby is issuing two sets of UPCs for artist work. One the artist gets and one that companies get for pay out purpose. My upc codes all vary from those AMZON has except for a first edition work I canceled has the 2nd edition current used to identify the canceled work. Hence my income starts in 2014 once the work was canceled to obfuscate lack of income for it the firt year and all other works. My income consists of only that from 2014 issued UPC code for a canceled work and streaming from canceled work and the purchase of the original cds from my initial release of "Best of." My four current works are UPCs I don't possess and look like using the secondary market as an indicator are doing well, certainly not zero income. The price also varies from the price directive that I have on my settings, showing the truth of what I am saying. I have contacted CD Baby and have gotten the run around. In fact they tried to change the artist that seems to be holding the UPC codes due to the ongoing claim of my cdbaby work as her own with my cdbaby videos claimed by her, a temporary youtube change to Bunny when the correct handle on youtube is Bunny Unleashed. I would like this rectified with proceeds going back to 2013 and I also want to be compensated for the aggravating runaround given by your employees who obviously had a vested interest in continuing to rob me of income.
