Anything interesting coming up? Your stock continues to tank, with no response from the business.
Federal Court Fines Stan Lee's Heir $1mm for Seeking Federal Court Action to Recover the Name and Brand from a Chinese Communist Criminal Enterprise that Illegally Acquired POW Entertainment using Funds Obtained in a $1.6 Billion Fraud on Chinese Hedge funds with the Acquisition Being Challenged Now in a Shareholder Suit in Court in Delaware.
The Federal District Court ruled that the Estate of Stan Lee and his sole heir was precluded from asserting their rights to petition the federal Court to expose myriad frauds committed by Stan Lee's partner and prevent recovery of the Stan Lee brand from the fraudulent acquisition by a Chinese communist criminal enterprise- Camsing International - acting through POW Entertainment- a company that was fraudulently purchased in 2017 with the assistance of its co-founder Gill Champion who betrayed his relationship with Stan Lee to benefit personally at Stan Lee's expense.
The Court was uninterested in the fact that Camsing International and its Founder and Chairman Vivian Lo, who was arrested in June 2019, for defrauding the largest hedge funds in China of $1.6 billion, which was used to buy POW Entertainment and use Stan Lee's name to further the ongoing frauds it committed from 2016 until the company was forced to stop trading its stock on Hong Kong when its founder was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
The shareholders of POW Entertainment are currently suing Champion and POW for the illegalities in the Camsing acquisition.
The evidence of these frauds was precluded from being presented in Court by the Estate on the basis that previous litigation asserting rights Stan Lee assigned to his original company Stan Lee Entertainment, resulted in a determination that Stan Lee's employment contract was unenforceable and that somehow precluded the enforceability of all rights that were assigned forever and unconditionally to Stan Lee Entertainment which is now partnering with the Estate to recover Stan Lee's name and brand.
We hope that the Appellate Court will not permit this travesty to become binding.
Genius Brands, a US Public company, has announced that it has made a deal with POW Entertainment to exploit Stan Lee's name and brand internationally with the knowledge that Stan Lee and the Estate have challenged the use of Stan's name and have presented a California Judgment that is enforceable everywhere around the world except in California where the Federal Court denied the Estate the opportunity to demonstrate the illegalities that were engaged in by the Chinese Communist criminal enterprise that now owns POW.
Here is Stan Lee saying he never gave the rights to POW or Camsing
Stan Lee lied about every character he said he ever created. Got paid billions.
And several of the actual creators died in poverty.
He wrote:
"with great power comes great responsibility". Then abused the power his cousin martin Goodman, The actual owner of marvel gave him, by lying about creating characters he didint actually create. ..Facts.
Daredevil, yellow jacket, black-cat, wonder-man, black panther, wasp, juggernaut, doc doom, baron von Doom, doc strange, Quicksilver, ghost-rider, black widow, the falcon, spider-man, and captain-marvel.
..all were created at other companies before marvel and stan lee lied. And committed multiple felonies.
And directly ripped the real creators off.
It's theft and breaking three federal laws.
Law one:
"no confusion in the same marketplace."
You can't legally have two characters from different companies/publications named the same, unless one is lapsed into the public domain first. He didn't purchase the names before they lapsed.
law two: 28 years of no publication of a character has to go by, from the last known publication, before its public domain, & legal to use a name someone else first published pre 1977, unless the name is purchased from the last known legal copyright holder. after 1977, it's 72 years after the creators death.
stan lee did this from 1961-1977. which means he committed multiple federal felony acts.
Law 3: trademark infringement. On multiple different trademarks.
Wonder-man was also published elsewhere, at two separate companies, before marvels version.
Stan lee was an intern at timely comics in 1941. The company that would later become marvel.
His entire job, was to read and re read about every other character being published at the time, to figure out a way to beat them in sales. Especially the overwhelming sales of the lev gleason Daredevil.
And no, it legally doesn't matter that some of the companies went out of business before marvel published theirs.
Federal law states he would have had to purchase the copyrights from the copyright holders, "or" wait until 28 years went by as per Federal U.S. public domain law pre1977, before publishing them.
marvel ripped off daredevil from lev gleason productions. he was actually created by jack binder and jack cole in 1941.
----------magazine enterprises had ghost rider. ---harvey comics had the black cat. created by Al Gabriele in 1941. fox features syndicate had wonder-man and a few others marvel claims they created but didn't.
wow Comics, and fawcett comics had the only captain marvel. --marvels version of sentry was a rip off of the silver-sentry/silver streak. also created by jack binder. a man stan lee loved to rip off regularly. The black panther was created for centaur comics, published in 1941. created by Paul Gustavson.
--none of these characters were in the public domain yet, when stan & marvel utilized them.
A no confusion in the same marketplace federal law exists. this means no two names may be the same in the superhero medium, unless the original version of the character has already lapsed into the public domain. 28 years must go by from the last known publication, for a copyright to be public-domain by federal laws.- reprints don't count. ..this means he committed multiple felonies. the copyrights and trademarks were still owned by other companies when marvel published them. there's more:

Jack Kirby who had co-created: Captain-America with Joe Simon, pitched the original X-men concept to Stan lee.
Who then "marketed" scripts with Jack.
He never wrote one.
Jack kirby also created the entirety of the fantastic-Four. Their version of Thor, And the Hulk.
As well as Daredevil.
Marvel: the house of lies and recycled ideas.* he's a thief, an broke three federal laws when he refused to wait until 1975-1977, when the characters lapsed into the public domain before publishing them.
All these characters are now in the
"public domain."
We at M.K.U.I.I. will be "publishing them," an citing the actual creators and companies, who created & first published them "every time."
Should a man, stan lee, act like a villain, commit two separate felonies with each character i mentioned, yet publish superheroes, when those same heroes would have to arrest him if they were real?
The honest answer is "no". ...He's a thief, a liar, and committed several federal felonies. ..boycott marvel.
The house of lies an recycled ideas.
Disney knew about this. No company spends four billion on another, without knowing their dirty laundry. They do not pay the real creators families. They do not even credit them.
Federal laws state, that it doesn't matter if the characters are different or not. Names legally cant be the same. Unless they purchase them from the original copyright holder's, or they lapse onto the public domain. Period. Powersets can't be copyrighted.
He didn't purchase the names.
He didn't wait until they legally lapsed.
Spider-Man was a Halloween costume named the same, and looked exactly the same, in the 1950's. the only difference was the color yellow, was in the red parts of stans version. they settled out of court on that "one," with the real creator. ..Said actual creator, did not get even half of the billions of dollars Stan did.
Jack kirby designed the original version of the costume. The name spider-man, was created by the costume shop owner.
Black fury was also created in the 1940's and by a separate comic's company. He's public domain.
Genius international should look into acquiring futuretoday inc. Private company. They already have a channel in place called happykids.tv. it is well build and already a Netflix for kids. No sense in reinventing the wheel
I joined this page for positive feedback. It seems that is not the case. I totally believe in this company and I can do without the negativity! I would like to remove my self from this page as I believed this was going to be positive. Some people just don’t realize what this company is all about. You are just looking for a quick buck.
Hey. Would you cancel to bring Rainbow Rangers Toys and Figures to Stores this August and Forever Please?
