Convicted Line Fire arsonist Justin Halstenberg was set to be sentenced this morning, July 18. That hearing has been postponed until Sept. 12 so the defense team can prepare a "biopsychosocial" report that could presumably help Halstenberg avoid a full life sentence. The defense team originally requested a Sept. 26 hearing date.
