Does this graphic make your head hurt? How long would it take you to get your business listed with ALL these online resources and profiles? I know not everyone is down with AI, but systems like this are where the new technology excels.

Ask Engine Optimization (AEO) is a new term you're going to be hearing more about. And, most likely, you've participated in it. Ever asked Google, Siri, or Alexa something using your voice and received an answer? That is AEO and it's changing online searching.

Less and less people are scrolling down to see search results after AI gives them ONE answer. Key point: ONE!

One, BEST result...that's where this is going. That's what customers are looking for. And if your business is not playing the game, you might not be that ONE, BEST solution offered to potential buyers.

I'm not saying it's right. I'm not saying it should be this way. But you and I are not going to be able to stop this tsunami of change. We gotta learn to adapt and ride the wave.

I got a random text supposedly from US Postal Service that a shipment is delayed and I need to correct my address. It contained a link to click on.

So, WITHOUT CLICKING ON THE LINK, I copied the link and pasted it in WhereGoes.com. The link redirects a few times then ends up at uSPYu and a 404 page. 🙄😡😤😠

Remember to do your research before clicking on links. Or your next call might be to me because your computer got hacked.

This phrase is in my Top 5 workplace pet peeves. If you can't come up with a better reason to continue something, I will accept the challenge to change your way and find you new reasons. Also, your way CAN go away to make room for something better. Something with meaning and purpose.
