I’ve lost 62 lbs, and the stubborn fat around my waist, back, and stomach is gone but before this, I looked everywhere for solutions. Doctors, hormone discussions, supplements, longer walks, low-impact workouts, cutting foods people claimed were “the issue.” Nothing made a real difference.
A few months ago, a friend sent me a post. I didn’t change my dięt or give up foods I enjoy. I simply followed what the what recommended and ordered it. At my last appointment, my doctor was shocked. My blood pressure is excellent, and he said I’m likely adding many healthier years to my life.
