Conestoga Valley SEEDS is having a BIRTHDAY!! SEEDS has a vision to cultivate a healthy, thriving Conestoga Valley community! The mission of SEEDS is to enrich lives by connecting our community members to Housing Resources, Educational Supports and Health Services - and October marks ONE YEAR as an official non-profit!!
