It’s always such a delightful every year to go eat Eric Cook recipes at Bright Star Restaurant. I think this was our 6th year in a row to attend and we always leave with a smile. We brought the grandparents peanut pie home to enjoy for watching the baby.

The double cut pork chop featured a blueberry au jus that gave this southern meal entree gave this nice summer twist that we were talking about the whole way home.

4 slices for 4 months although we may have needed a nap when it was time for mom and dad to enjoy Little Luna Pizza.

We got the pig as well as the Luna que. Both were packed with flavor and full of toppings. One bite everyone knows the rules.

You know a spot is worth coming back to when every dish hits Social Taco 🌮🔥

We kicked things off with the creamy queso loaded with chorizo (don’t skip this 🤤), then I went all in on the Buffalo Chicken Mexican Pizza while my wife built the perfect taco trio with the mix and match:
🧀 Grilled Cheese Taco
🥩 Birria Taco
🍍 Chicken Al Pastor Taco
Don’t forget about ordering the street corn for your side 🌽

And yes… the margaritas were just as good as the food. They have some awesome happy hour specials daily that you won’t want to miss🍹
