Played the Gambler the smart way. Safe line off the tee (almost not safe), safe layup again, gave myself a number, and had a chance to steal a birdie. Sometimes the boring decisions are the right ones. How would you play this hole?

Perfect drive set it up… approach shot gave me a real chance… then the green humbled me. Had to clean it up the hard way.
Are you more annoyed at the missed Birdie or more satisfied with the Par save? 🤔

Par 5. Hit a decent drive, then had water in front on the 2nd shot…

Still decided to go for the green in 2 - and somehow rolled in the eagle putt 🦅 (rare for me).
Are you going for it from there or laying up?

176 to Hole 11 pin at Oak Mountain.
I went 7-iron and tried to hold off a cut instead of forcing something at it… and it left me a reel Birdie look. Then I did the most “golf” thing possible and babied the Birdie putt 😩

Short Par 4 = temptation. It’s 320 to the flag but the fairway turns hard left, so I tried the shortcut: over the trees with a draw.
What’s your call - through or trees?
