I had the pleasure of sitting down this afternoon with the Bisbee Woman’s Club’s current President, Jan Bolduc, whose two-year term at the helm has been as challenging as it has been rewarding. With a five-member Board: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, and Technical Information Officer, and an additional 42 members, Jan has been responsible for coordinating the monthly meeting agendas, facilitating executive meetings, and helping guide the Club through a period of exciting growth and modernization.
But to understand the Bisbee Woman’s Club today, you have to look back to where it all began.

Today is a New Moon 🌑
What does that mean for you?

For me, it’s about cleaning my altar, recharging crystals, burning some candles, incense, and sage, and setting intentions. I’m manifesting on a higher frequency, feeling deeper emotions, and basking in the newness of upcoming Springtime. Out of darkness, comes brilliant light.

I don’t post personal things about my life on social media, but today feels like as good a day as any.

A couple of life-challenges have come up for me recently, and I am handling them as well as I possibly can. Taking care of a sick family member along with financial obligations have caused some stress. I am extremely grateful for the support from my partner, friends, family, and art collectors.

As a full-time artist, I depend on sales to support myself. This summer, sales are slow, so I’m reaching out to all of you to help support *this* artist.

I do more than paint paintings. I make custom one-of-a-kind pieces of art on furniture, and I do commissions. If you have a piece of furniture that you would like turned into a piece of functional art, contact me. I also have a few pieces for sale (🔗 in Bio)
