Glimpses of Spring in the bakery. 🌞🌻

I took bake bread this week and finalized my Easter menu for my local customers with recipe testing. I’m super excited about the new method for my Caramel Roll dough! They ferment longer, so the flavor is unmatched. They are so soft and chewy. 🤤

Also played around with adding a flower design for a centerpiece you can eat this Easter. Hehe 🫶🏻

Orders are opening today at 4pm! Quantities are limited so snag them while you can. 🩷

Glimpses into my bakery this week. 🫶🏻

Adding some new things to the menu and trying out a few creative designs for you to add to your Easter tables (stay tuned👀). All with my adorable little helper by my side.

Brining Sourdough Caramel Rolls to the menu!!!! Grandma Bev would be so proud. 🥹 She was known for her caramel rolls, and you best believe I’m using her caramel recipe!

April's menu is looking goooood - you asked for it and I'm bringing it...sourdough caramel rolls! Also new: Sourdough Cinnamon Walnut Loaf and Cadbury Egg Cookies (is anyone else obsessed with Cadburry Eggs?).
