A cold weather advisory is in place for Saturday morning for wind chills between 30 and 40 below zero. Frostbite can set in on exposed skin in about 10 minutes at these temperatures.

Blowing snow and reduced visibilities are still an issue tonight. We do get rid of most of the wind into Saturday morning but turn very cold with a cold weather advisory for wind chills as low as 30 to 40 below zero.
