You can get hemorrhoids by:
- Straining too hard during poo poo sessions
-Sitting on the toilet too long
-Chronic constipation or diarrhea
-Heavy lifting
-Pregnancy (pressure on pelvic veins)
-Low-fiber diet
-Being overweight or inactive

When you strain, sit too long, or have pressure in your lower body, it increases pressure in the veins around your re**um.
That pressure causes the veins to stretch, swell, and sometimes bulge outward and in even worse cases they can rupture.
