How to make kale chips! Perfect for when I want to get my greens in without making a salad 🫶 Im using dinosaur kale but this works with any type of kale. Wash and chop kale into bite size pieces. I also like to remove the middle stems. Massage in olive oil and then add in salt, pepper and minced garlic. Massage again so each piece is coated. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 mins. Enjoy!

High protein & fiber dinner idea for ya! One of my favs, I make these every week: Per bowl 4oz lean ground turkey 1/2 c black beans 1/2 c rice 1/2 c chopped purple cabbage 1 c chopped romaine 1/2 medium avocado 1/4 c plain greek yogurt Pico de gallo salsa Top with a drizzle of red wine vinegar -OR make a dressing with red wine vinegar, plain greek yogurt and salsa. Mix together and pour pour over bowl - so good!!
