We’re in the second week of our year-end fundraiser, and we're remembering a message we received from Alex C. in Bloomfield that says it all:

"It is not an exaggeration to say you've changed the course of my family's life. We are part of a local homeschooling co-op that has become our little community and has made all the difference to our happiness and wellbeing… It all started with one event I suggested my wife attend because I read about it in one of your emails. Being aware of what is happening locally has done so much to pull our family out of the isolation... Your work is a rare source of hope for me personally, and I am forever grateful.”

This is why we exist. Not to feed drama, but to connect neighbors to resources and, just as importantly, to each other.

If you believe local news should help people, this is the most impactful moment to join us.

THIS WEEK ONLY: Every new monthly donation will be matched 3X for the entire year by our NewsMatch partners.

Your $10/month gift becomes $360 to help us reach our goal of 75 monthly supporters.
