Finishing 2025 strong but yes, I’m putting in my big rocks for 2026. I organize my year around four 50 day sprints outlined in my Stay Ready Journal. Over the past 3 years I’ve learned that 200 intentional days of growth are wayyyy better than 365 days of non intentional growth. It’s not even close actually.

My encouragement to you is this, spend less time on new year’s resolutions and more time on building a plan and system for ongoing transformation. Add to that a tribe of people that will hold you accountable and you’ll experience something truly dynamic in 2026.

Like Big Dawg Nate Molby and his wife Katie, they just completed another round of Stay Ready and they did it together. Swipe.

Congratulations guys!! You two are truly pace setters in so many ways. Inspired by you both.

As you know there’s lots of systems out there, The Stay Ready Journal is what I use because I need it and because it continues to yield fruit.

19 years ago today I made a VERY obvious choice while Kelly REALLY stepped out in faith …what a gift you are to me !! We walked out of that chapel while this song played…a beautiful day indeed. You have been and continue to be TANGIBLE GRACE in my life. I sure don’t deserve you but I am forever grateful God chose me to partner with Him to make you feel chosen every day.

I meant it then and I mean it today, I INTENTIONALLY CHOOSE YOU!

Final Stay Ready (Flannel Edition) of 2025 begins tomorrow. Jack 🐶 is very excited bc this means daily wonder walks and rucks. My next Stay Ready run will be to kick off 2026 on Jan 5th (Join me!). More to come on that. 🗓️

As for why I’m beginning tomorrow, here’s what I know…November and December are times where it’s easy and even expected to coast. I want to eat more and do less. Everything within me wants to pull back as the days get shorter, darker and colder AND YET I sense God saying to me again, “consecrate yourselves for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things.” His kingdom is breaking out DAILY and this 50 day guide to growth simply helps me keep my eyes open to see and notice the activity and blessing of God all around me. It takes me from good intentions to great intentionality.

So here’s to finishing 2025 strong.
Shoutout to some of my Stay Ready crew that continue to inspire me to keep going…Donna, Kylie, Jimmy, George, Steck, Hartsock and Big Dawg Molby.

October Camp Paradise Date w my Halle Joy. Talked about rootedness today and gave her a preview of this weekends sermon. A highlight was Halle telling me how Mr. Simon is helping her grow as a leader. Beyond thankful for the community of other Spiritual voices speaking vision and life into my kids. 🙌
