.
It’s been a journey. Getting the flu last week was a wrinkle I didn’t anticipate but we made it through. Barely.
Here’s the 5 things I learned:
1. Stay Ready is a better program 😎
Truly it is. 50 days is plenty long and the pass/fail feature of 75 Hard is too rigid.
2. If you plan your work and work your plan, your plan will work. (usually)
Nuff said here. This skill will continue. “Make everyday a masterpiece.” -Coach Wooden
3. The days I remember most were the hardest days (Minus 10 temps, rucks in the rain, rucks in airports, workouts w a fever).
4. Accomplishing something like this is only possible with accountability and encouragement.
(Unfinished Tribe, Big Dawg, Big E, Troy & Kelly, THANK YOU.
5. The Spirit is willing. 🙌
The Holy Spirit is my advantage and gives me power to crucify the flesh …real talk = helps me walk away from the focaccia, pizza and cinnamon rolls. 😩🤦♂️
Today is a milestone not a finish line but tomorrow I will not be drinking 1 gallon of water and for that I say, praise Jesus. 😂 Perhaps the hardest part was giving up bread and pizza and yes, I plan to have focaccia for breakfast 🇮🇹 🤌 So excited.
My 2nd time completing 75 Hard. I highly recommend it but be forewarned…it’s named properly but if I can do it, anyone can.
Grace is a gift. Growth is a choice.
