3 pounds in 8 weeks.
For a lot of women, that’s the point where they start thinking…
Maybe I need to eat less.
Maybe I need to cut carbs again.
Maybe I need to work out more.
Maybe this just isn’t working.
But the scale is only ONE piece of information.
In those same 8 weeks, my client has lost inches from her chest, waist and hips.
Her progress photos are noticeably different.
She’s getting stronger.
Her clothes are fitting differently.
If I ignored all of that and just reacted to the scale?
I’d be changing a plan that’s already working.
And THIS is how women end up bouncing from diet to diet constantly changing things before they’ve given them enough time to work.
So the next time the scale isn’t moving as fast as you hoped, don’t immediately assume you need to eat less.
Zoom out.
Look at your measurements.
Look at your photos.
Look at how your clothes fit.
Look at your strength.
Look at the trend over time.
Sometimes you don’t need a new plan.
You just need to stop letting one number convince you the current one isn’t working.
📌 Save this one for the next time the scale has you questioning everything.
