We didn’t build The Mercantile alone.

Today we’re highlighting zactrack: The tracking system that makes this space truly adaptive.

Here’s what zactrack does: Small sensors and ultra-wideband radio let lights, cameras, and audio follow people automatically. No manual cueing. No dedicated operators. Just intelligent systems that adapt in real-time.

A speaker walks across the stage? The spotlight follows them perfectly. A performer moves through the space? The cameras track seamlessly. That’s zactrack working invisibly to make The Mercantile more adaptive and dynamic.

Anyone can install tracking systems. Not everyone can integrate them into a space with 256 million pixels, projection mapping, and immersive audio all working together flawlessly.

That’s the difference. That’s The Mercantile.

Behind the pixels: the Blockhouse team!

Nine months ago, two companies with a shared vision broke ground in Cincinnati: What if we combined unparalleled hospitality with cutting-edge immersive technology?

The result? The Mercantile Immersive, where Cincinnati’s leading catering and event company partnered with a premier digital art installation company (that’s us 👋) to create something completely new.

360-degree cinematic content. 256 million pixels. In-house catering and multimedia services under one roof. It’s the one-stop shop for unforgettable events that Cincinnati has been waiting for.

Tonight, the Blockhouse team is in Cincinnati celebrating this journey!
