We stopped by the Asian Makers Market at Aldrich Arena in St. Paul yesterday! This was a one day only event!

There were SO many talented Asian creators and small businesses all under one roof—from handmade goodies and art to cute products, unique finds, and so much more!

We love supporting small businesses in our community. There’s something extra special about seeing so many Asian-owned businesses come together and showcase what they’ve created.

🍜 Noodle lovers, you need to put this on your list! 👀

We stopped by Bada Biang Handpulled Noodles Food Truck in St. Paul and tried their Grilled Chicken Hand Pulled Noodles… 🤤🔥

The noodles had that perfect chewy texture, the grilled chicken was flavorful, and the portion was a good size!

Definitely a food truck worth checking out if you’re craving some delicious hand-pulled noodles! 🍜

We finally tried Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food!

🍽️ Plate #1 (regular size): Teriyaki Chicken + Katsu Chicken
🍽️ Plate #2 (mini size): Kalua Pig + Shrimp Tempura

Everything was flavorful and definitely gave us those Hawaiian-style comfort food vibes! 🌴🍍 The portions were a good size, and there were plenty of different options to choose from.

If you’ve never tried Mo’ Bettahs before, I’d say give it a try! It’s worth checking out at least once.

We’ve been a little MIA because we’ve been on 3 back-to-back vacations! ✈️🌴 And we just got back from our most recent trip to Florida! ☀️💕

We spent 5 days & 4 nights exploring, eating, relaxing, and making ALL the memories.

Here’s a little recap of what we did! 👇

📍 Zeny’s Filipino Cuisine 🇵🇭
We LOVE Filipino food, and this place was legit! The food was delicious, and they even had people karaoke-ing in the corner. 😂🎤 Such a fun vibe!

📍 Delta Hotel Orlando 🏨
A convenient spot right near Disney Springs!

📍 Walt Disney World — Magic Kingdom & Hollywood Studios 🏰✨
If you love Disney, you already know… it’s MAGICAL. ❤️ We had such a great time!

📍 Flagler Avenue Beachfront Park — New Smyrna Beach 🌊☀️
One of our favorite stops! You can actually drive onto the beach and park right on the beach. We rented golf carts to cruise around and also rented canopies and beach chairs to relax. Worth it! 🙌

📍 AA Garden Fusion 🍜
Fun fact: the owners used to live in Minnesota! We always love finding those Minnesota connections while traveling. ❤️

📍 Universal Epic Universe 🎢🍄
100% worth it! We came for Harry Potter - the Ministry of Magic and Super Nintendo World, and both were AMAZING! Videos seriously don’t do it justice. 🍄🎮

📍 Bakery 1908 & Cafe 🥟🍵
They serve dim sum-style food, and everything was so tasty and filling!

📍 ICON Park 🎡
Honestly… I’d probably skip this one next time. 😅

📍 Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets 🛍️✨
If you love luxury shopping, definitely check this place out! Burberry, Gucci, MCM and more. 👀👜

📍 Paris Banh Mi 🥖🍜
The pho and banh mi were ON POINT! 🤤 Definitely some of our favorites from the trip.

Florida gave us theme parks, beaches, good food, shopping, and so many memories. 💕 We’re already thinking about what to do next time!

If you’re craving Himalayan and Indian flavors, you need to check out Momo & Curry Kitchen! 🇳🇵🇮🇳 They specialize in Nepalese momos (steamed dumplings filled with seasoned meat or vegetables) along with flavorful Indian curries, biryani, naan, and other classic dishes.

Here’s what we ordered:
🥟 Steamed Chicken Momo – Juicy, flavorful dumplings served with a delicious dipping sauce. These were one of our favorites!
🍚 Chicken Biryani – Fragrant basmati rice cooked with tender chicken and aromatic spices. So flavorful and another favorite!
🍛 Chicken Curry – A comforting curry with tender chicken in a rich, savory sauce.

Our favorites were definitely the Chicken Biryani and Steamed Chicken Momos. The only thing we’d do differently next time is ask if they can add spice to it —we wanted a little more heat! 🌶️🔥

Have you been to Asia Village in Blaine yet? 👀

We had so much fun exploring this spot! It was cool checking out all the different food vendors, each offering something unique. Whether you’re craving a quick bite or looking to try something new, there’s plenty to choose from.

We also spent some time browsing the K-beauty store and the grocery store, where we found lots of fun snacks, drinks, and ingredients. It’s a great place to wander around, discover new favorites, and spend an afternoon.

If you’re looking for a place to eat, shop, and experience a little bit of everything, Asia Village is worth adding to your list!
