It was SO special to host this event with Saskia Meckman Saskia Meckman in Hillsborough, NC at dirty.south.berry.pickers a few weeks ago. We had this dream to collaborate and loved making it happen while I was traveling from Florida up north. Was such a pleasure to meet some of the community there and be in this beautiful space. She taught mindful yin yoga and I gave a sound bath after 😊 🎶 ✨🪷🙌💗 what a wonderful space on the deck under the trees. Thank you to everyone who came out for the event!

Backstory of Saskia and my connection … I used to babysit Saskia’s daughter about 11 years ago and I am so happy we have kept in touch and remained friends after all these years. It’s so fun how we get excited, inspired by each others lives, interests and aspirations. 💗 ♾️ ✨🫶

Last weeks event at was so special! I guided a wonderful group of amazinggg people in pulling oracles cards, intention setting, journal prompts, sound bath and gentle yoga. The tea house is even more wonderful than I had imagined and been told by & to check it out for creating this event for my journey through Jacksonville, FL. The food, tea and vibes at are beyond magnificent 💚🌿 🫖 🍵. It felt extra special to be in the emerald vibes a week after my birthday in May which is emerald for my birthday month stone. ✨🪷💚

Join me this Saturday at The House of Avalon in Jacksonville, FL for a Weaving Workshop to dive into our creativity through a crystal singing bowl sacral activation meditation and learning how to make a Wall Weaving.

🤍 Beginner level class. If you have past experience weaving and want to deepen your skills, this is a great class for you too!
🪷Create your own little wall weaving to take home with you!

Instruments played over and around everyone for the sound bath portion include 6 crystal singing bowls, 3 brass Tibetan bowls, wind Gong, frame drum, tongue drum, ocean drum, rattles, 4 elemental Koshi chimes, rainstick, space chime and more.
Brooke closes out the sound bath with singing and chanting, vocal toning. Interactive part at the end.

$25-$35 suggested sliding scale

Got to teach my mom and 4 of her friends how to weave on frame looms. It was so sweet seeing their creations come to life! Everyone got to make a wall weaving, unique & special to them. Grateful we got to experience this together 🧶🤍✨🫶🌹🪷🙌🎶

Learn how to make a small Wall Weaving on a wooden frame loom using shuttle, heddle, darning needle and by hand.

Each person will get to take home their finished wall weaving creation.

This is a perfect workshop for beginners level ….and also great for those with past weaving experience who want to expand on their skills.

Frame Loom & all natural materials provided during workshop. 

Please bring a snack and drink for yourself during workshop.

Workshop ticket cost $98

Option to purchase the wooden frame loom you work on for $30. Frame loom kit comes with two shuttles, heddle, wooden comb and darning needles~ which you will learn how to use during workshop. Frame loom measurements 17” x 13”. The weaving each person will make in class will be smaller than this but you can have the skills to make bigger weavings at home after workshop. 

*please select the option for $128 to purchase a ticket to the workshop with buying the frame loom, if you choose this option.

*You can always decide the day of the workshop if you want to keep the wooden frame loom. This way, you can work on projects at home after the workshop!
