Tip: Keep your torso upright and don’t let your knees go past your toes.

2️⃣ Plank (30 seconds to 1 minute)

Tip: Keep your body as straight as a line.

Good morning, everyone! Today I want to share one of my favorite green smoothie recipes that is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients to start your day full of energy!

🥑 Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
1/2 avocado
A handful of fresh spinach
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
A touch of honey or agave to sweeten (optional)
🌪 Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Serve immediately and, if you like, garnish with banana slices and a bit more chia.
This smoothie not only tastes amazing but is also a powerhouse of antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats that keep you satisfied for hours.

Today, I decided to swap the gym walls for the fresh air of the park and enjoy nature while training. Sometimes, it’s great to break the routine and feel the body moving with the wind and greenery all around. 🍃

Exercising outdoors offers many benefits that go beyond the physical:

Greater sense of freedom and well-being: Nature invites you to let go of stress and reconnect with the present.
Natural Vitamin D: Enjoying sunlight (with sunscreen, of course!) boosts vitamin D production and strengthens the immune system. ☀️
Increased motivation and energy: Outdoor settings can help boost motivation to move more and with joy.

💡 Tip: Find an outdoor space you like and take your workout there once a week. It could be a run, walk, yoga, or even a stretching session. Whatever you choose, your body and mind will thank you! 🌱

Did you know that a good night's sleep is just as important as a healthy diet and exercise? Sleeping well helps regulate mood, strengthen the immune system, and improve workout performance. Moreover, sleep is essential for both muscle and mental recovery! 😴

💡 Tips to improve your sleep quality:

Establish a bedtime routine: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Your body loves consistency! ⏰

Disconnect: Avoid using electronics (phone, TV, tablet) at least 30 minutes before bed. Blue light interferes with melatonin production, the sleep hormone. 📵

Create a relaxing environment: Make your room comfortable, with soft lighting and a pleasant temperature. A calm environment helps your body prepare for rest. 🌿🕯️

Avoid heavy meals at night: Eating too much before bed can disrupt digestion and sleep. Opt for light snacks like fruit or a soothing tea. 🍵

🌿 Not all progress is visible. And that’s okay!

Sometimes, our greatest victory isn’t something others can see. It’s that quiet moment when you connect with yourself, take a deep breath, and realize that, little by little, you’re finding your balance. ✨🧘‍♀️

My healthy routine isn’t about demanding perfection from myself. It’s about giving myself what I need in the moment. Today, it was some time for yoga and meditation, just me and my breath, no rush. Every minute I dedicate to my well-being is a reminder that my body and mind deserve this care.

So, if the day is hectic, if things didn’t go as planned, breathe... 🌸 Calm comes from within, and you can always start over at any moment.
