The Idaho Syringa (also known as the mock orange) has been the official state flower of Idaho since 1931. Here it is in a bronze sidewalk inlay by artist Mungo Ligoya, representing how Boise supports and celebrates everyone that makes up the city's population.

This mural is kind of hidden on an upper floor of a parking garage. I just happened to be walking down the alley the other direction and far enough over and looked up and caught the corner of it. Then I had to figure out how to climb up to the second floor in the right location.
