Job Description:
Diversified Digital Network TV, the fastest-growing OTT syndication platform, is seeking several dynamic TV Booking Producers. This immediate role involves identifying, pitching, and booking expert guests for TV Shows like MDTV, The Better Business News Journal, 911Smart, Healthy Home Network TV, and Commercial Real Estate TV. We need experts from the NJ Area. You will collaborate with Senior producers to ensure diverse, engaging Experts for our local and global network audiences. Strong communication skills, networking abilities, and a keen sense of follow-up is needed to determine our pool of Long-Term Returning Experts.
Responsibilities:
Source and book expert guests for various OTT channels
Develop strong relationships with local and national experts
Coordinate guest appearances and active experts’ schedules
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with booked talent
Collaborate with producers to meet content segment deadlines and news cycles
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Mortgagor booking booking for Events, TV or media
Strong network of industry contacts a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
