Whew. Tonight definitely didn’t go how I planned.
I had everything prepared and ready to go the wine glasses cleaned, charcuterie arranged, paint supplies & decor out, all the details handled for our 2nd event. A good 10 MINUTES before start time, I found out the venue wouldn’t be available due to something completely outside of my control, and we never even got to step foot inside the classroom.
I won’t lie I felt frustrated and disappointed. I put real time, money, and intention into creating a good experience, so having it fall through last minute was tough.
I sincerely apologize again to everyone who pulled up, called , & planned to attend. That part matters to me.
This was a lesson in double and triple confirming isn’t enough but will be done 10x more for every single event moving forward. The next event will be fully secured and even stronger ! 🥺
