So so many hours putting Xmas stuff up for the kids. I haven’t stopped for 2 days. I’m still fitting in my workouts, sticking to my diet plus working 12+ days. But to see their smiles makes every minute worth it. 🎄 🎄

Someone’s ready for the six weeks school holiday. Being a dad is by far my favourite job in this world. I’m by know means the best dad is the world, but I try my very best to be.

Decided to try on my clothes from and when reviewing the pictures I decided I looked awful and fat in pic 2. To be fair I have been chunking on weight this year to build some muscle and improve strength.
But it got me thinking. Why do we do this to ourselves. Why must every photo we post pass some fictional rating system?
Social media won’t change unless we change. So yes the angle isn’t flatting, but so what? Does that change me as a human, or my knowledge to help people? No.
So the picture is going up. I refuse to keep editing and vetting my picture for you. My results, my knowledge and skills to help people, me as a person, and my happiness speak louder than a stranger liking my picture.

Stop trying to be liked by everyone. Stop trying to impress strangers, friends, family, or people you don’t even like. I promise you. None of the care.
The amount of worry people put on themselves due to other peoples opinions is staggering.
Get to a point where YOU are the only person your trying to impress. Every single human on this planet is on a different journey so it’s pointless to judge.
You do you. So Look after yourself, look after family and people who you generally care about, look after health, look after your fitness, look after your mental health, look after your finances.

What a week at work! 25 years and I’m still loving it. Even though it’s very tiring sometimes.Fingers crossed I can get a few more goals across the line before the year is out.
