Blackened Salmon Topped with Creamy Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients:

2 pieces of salmon

1 tablespoon of blackening seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ pound shrimp, cleaned and shelled

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup grated Parmesan

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Coat salmon pieces with blackening seasoning.

Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear salmon on each side for 4–5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

In the same pan, melt butter and cook garlic for about 1 minute.

Add shrimp, cooking until lightly pink, about 2–3 minutes.

Stir in cream and Parmesan until mixture becomes smooth and thickens.

Place salmon back in the pan and pour the creamy shrimp sauce over it. Sprinkle with parsley and serve right away.

GRILLED FLANK STEAK WITH BALSAMIC SOY MARINADE: A TASTY ADVENTURE

Ingredients:

Marinade Ingredients:

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional, for a kick)

Steak Ingredients:

1.5 to 2 lbs flank steak

Salt and pepper, as needed

Fresh parsley or rosemary to garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges to serve

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix the Marinade
Combine the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, mustard, black pepper, and chili flakes in a bowl or resealable bag. Stir until everything is evenly blended.

Step 2: Marinate the Steak
Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it's fully coated. Seal and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, turning the steak once or twice so the flavors soak in.

Step 3: Get the Grill Ready
Take the steak out of the marinade and let it come to room temperature for about 15–20 minutes. Heat up your grill or a grill pan to medium-high and brush the grates with oil.

Step 4: Cook the Steak

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (around 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

For the Parmesan Linguine:

1 pound linguine
4 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
1/4 cup reserved pasta water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water before draining and set the pasta aside.
2. While the pasta cooks, coat both sides of each chicken breast with Cajun seasoning.
3. In a large skillet over medium-high, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Move the chicken to a plate and let it rest.
4. Lower the heat to medium in the same skillet. Pour in the chicken stock and heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until it thickens slightly, then take off the heat.

1 packet taco seasoning

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 (9.75 oz) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, gently crushed

Optional Toppings:

Chopped tomatoes

Sliced green onions

Jalapeños

Extra Doritos, crushed

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Beef
In a large skillet set over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned through. Drain any fat.

Step 2: Add Flavors and Sauce
Blend in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Let cook for about 2 minutes, then stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly and take off the heat.

Step 3: Assemble the Casserole

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Directions

1. Grab a microwave-safe bowl and add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
2. Microwave everything on high for 1 minute. Give it a good stir so everything starts melting together.
3. If the mixture isn’t completely smooth yet, continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring after each one, until you have a glossy, lump-free mixture.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract and the pinch of salt—this little touch brings all the flavors together.

4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
