While I used to get North Shore Beefs all the time when I was younger, I've probably had more in the last 6 months then I have in the previous 20 years.
I had to revisit Pete' in Woburn because it is my original hometown, and it was my first beef in a very long time.
First I gotta up the score from last time, the more beefs I'm having the more I'm starting to see the separation. They're all good but there are definitely things that set some apart and make them elite. Pete's toasted butter buns, and quality beef clearly set it apart.
I also never announce myself for anything like that I try to stay as low-key and Incognito as possible, so it's nice to know when they remember you when you show up on a random Monday.
