MONDAY – Show up, even when it’s slow. Discipline > Motivation.
TUESDAY – Stack the small wins. Your future self will thank you.
WEDNESDAY – Midweek grind. No skipping, no slacking.
THURSDAY – Lock in. Momentum lives here.
FRIDAY – Finish strong. Discipline means doing it anyway.
SATURDAY – Long run, long game. Stay committed.
SUNDAY – Active rest. Reflect, reset, but don’t lose the rhythm.

Race day is a storm: short sleep, summer heat, high stakes. But you show up, push through, and prove to yourself (again) that you’re stronger than your circumstances. You train the body for weeks, but on race day? It’s the mind that carries you through. 🧠

Less than 24 hours until the and the nerves are kicking in! It was great seeing the community at packet pickup today.
Huge thanks to , , , and .
I’m excited to take on this course for the first time, and if everything goes as planned, I’ll be aiming for a Sub 2:00 half marathon! My last race effort was , and I’ve learned a lot since then.

Running a marathon for the first time felt like stepping into a dream, every step filled with goosebumps and unforgettable emotions.
My journey began with the virtual NYC Marathon, which I ran alongside two great friends, Richard and Jeremy, culminating in an incredible finish at the Golden Gate Half Marathon on November 2, 2024
The second time was the Honolulu Marathon, on Dec 8, 2024—a spontaneous, last-minute decision and a birthday request from my best friend, Richard.
Crossing the finish line both times felt surreal, each experience a unique celebration of friendship, determination, and the joy of taking on the marathon challenge.
