Closing out 2025 with a full heart and a very full camera roll 🥂

This year, we supported 45+ monthly social media management clients and had over 150 content shoots. Honestly, probably more, but at some point you stop counting. 😂

We worked with dream clients, strengthened long-term partnerships, and welcomed a new team member who fit right in. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I had my second baby in April and learned a whole new level of balance, boundaries, and trust.

We also celebrated 6 years of Social by Sinead. Six years of growth, evolution, and building something I’m deeply proud of with people I genuinely love working with.

None of this happens without this team. Their talent, care, loyalty and consistency are the foundation of this business. And none of it happens without our clients who trust us with their brands day in and day out.

Beyond grateful. Beyond proud. And very excited for what’s next.

Six years ago today my dad brought me down to the bank and helped me open a business bank account to officially start this little business I kept talking about.

What started that day has grown into something I’m so proud of. Social by Sinead has allowed me to work with incredible clients who believed in me and my team, trusting us with everything from social media management to content shoots and so much more. Your loyalty and support mean the world to me.

In these six years, so much of my life has unfolded alongside this business. I got engaged and married, we bought our dream home, welcomed two beautiful boys, and I built a team of hardworking, loyal women who have been with me through it all.

The part that means the most is knowing this business was built for these two cuties before they were even born. I’m proud of what I’ve created for them and grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way.

Meet Sophia 👋🏼 If you’re currently working with us or just signed on, you’ve probably seen Sophia’s name pop up in your inbox.

She’s been with me for over four years, and today I’m excited to officially introduce her and celebrate her promotion to Client and Operations Manager here at Social by Sinead & Co! 🥳

Sophia started with us part-time as a social media assistant and has grown into such an important part of the team. She brings strategy, creativity, and heart to everything she does. She helps our clients thrive and plays a big role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She supports our team, our clients, and honestly, me too.

Here’s what she had to say about her role and what she loves most:

When she’s not in social media mode, you’ll find Sophia on her yoga mat (she’s currently into yoga sculpt), reading, or trying out new spots around the city. A California girl at heart, she’s at the beach all summer and cozied up watching football in the fall. Her brother spent a decade playing for the New England Patriots, which is what brought her to Boston in the first place.

So how do you make the most of this?
✅ Start using relevant keywords in your captions and alt text.
✅ Make sure your username and bio clearly state what you do.
