This is the process I use prior to putting on the Plexus pads. The combo of using the copper sulfate and the CS Plus does a nice job of keeping thrush and bacteria 🦠 out of the foot.

This horse is transitioning from being barefoot to getting hind shoes. Come check out the trimming process I use to trim her foot.

This horse had a mild case of white lines disease in all 4 feet. This one was the worst and we could only get 2 nails in. I didn’t want to cover it up with glue, but I was pretty confident we got all the bad stuff. And we needed something to nail to.

This guys had a fair bit of foot to trim off, don’t forget to keep your horses on a schedule. We wouldn’t normally be taking this much off, but it had been a while since this horse was done.

This horse got trimmed up, next step is to put the horseshoe on. She was barefoot for the winter

This horse didn’t want to stand the best on their hind leg. I typically like to use the stand as it saves on my back, but we weren’t able to use it in this case.

There was a lot of sole and frog to get rid of on this little pony! And it was hard, little 🔥 helped soften it right up.
