Hi there, oi amigos!๐๐ผ We realized a lot of you are new hereโฆ and we never properly introduced ourselves! Letโs fix that!
Weโre Joรฃo ๐ง๐ท & Kelly ๐บ๐ธ, the multicultural married duo behind .lifeโplus our adventure pup, Samba ๐ถ.
Kelly is mostly the one youโll be chatting with here (in English!), while Joรฃo works behind the scenes on all the creative and tech magic, popping in now and then (usually in Portuguese).
A little about us:
๐ Kelly is a Bostonian, born and raised just outside the city. Joรฃo is originally from Goiรขnia, Brazil, and is a proud Goiano.
๐ We met in 2016, started dating in 2018, got engaged during the pandemic in 2020, and married in 2021. Samba joined the adventure in 2022!
๐งช By day, we work in bio-tech. By heart, weโre Catholic missionaries. And every chance we get, weโre off on a new adventure!
๐ฐ Weโre all about frugal adventuresโchoosing experiences that give us lasting memories over fancy hotels while never missing out on the โbucket-list experience.โ
๐ Kelly has a saying whenever things get chaotic: โIt may not be fun right now, but it will be funny.โ And honestly, those wild moments have become some of our favorite memories.
