"Spiller have a video for the song “Game of Pricks” that's on their new EP What Have I Won. The original song was done by Guided by Voices. They rearrange the song a bit. The beginning sounds like the beginning of “Better Off Dead” by La Peste. They beef up the background with a wall of guitars that the original doesn’t have. They let the melody stand and that delivers the song. In the video they add a version of “Hocus Pocus” by Focus. They skip the vein popping vocals sung in that high register. The drop in some vids of Boston sites that adds to the interest."
