1. Don’t stress about the number on the scale.
This is a long-term journey. Quick weight lo$$ can backfire, so go at your own pace and don’t obsess over the # you see on the scales

2. Drink your water.
You don’t need to drink a gallon a day but get in the fluids. It’s not always easy, but it makes a big difference.

3. Focus on your progress, not others.
Everyone’s journey is different so don’t compare it to yours. Be kind to yourself and enjoy the process.

4. Cut back on alcohol and sweets
You don’t have to cut them out completely—I still enjoy my ice cream and pizza. I just don’t eat as much as i use to.

5. Move your body, but don’t overdo it.
Staying active helps, and once you see results, you’ll feel even more motivated to keep going. Walking 30 mins a day is a great goal.

6. Let go of perfection.
If you’ve tried everything else, it’s time to trust the process. Focus on hydration, protein, and progress—not perfection. You’ll learn and improve as you go.

7. Block out the noise.
People will have opinions. Do what’s best for your body. This is about YOU and not them! This isn’t cheating—it’s working smarter.

8. Plan for the cost.
It can be expensive, especially if insurance doesn’t help. But this is an investment in your health and future—and it’s worth it. Make sure to plan ahead. Luckily my provider is amazing for the šŸ·ļøtag and comes from a 503A pharm. The quality is trusted!
