If you are new here, my name is Aly and I am on my journey to my best self and here to help you ! š follow along
1. Donāt stress about the number on the scale.
This is a long-term journey. Quick weight lo$$ can backfire, so go at your own pace and donāt obsess over the # you see on the scales
2. Drink your water.
You donāt need to drink a gallon a day but get in the fluids. Itās not always easy, but it makes a big difference.
3. Focus on your progress, not others.
Everyoneās journey is different so donāt compare it to yours. Be kind to yourself and enjoy the process.
4. Cut back on alcohol and sweets
You donāt have to cut them out completelyāI still enjoy my ice cream and pizza. I just donāt eat as much as i use to.
5. Move your body, but donāt overdo it.
Staying active helps, and once you see results, youāll feel even more motivated to keep going. Walking 30 mins a day is a great goal.
6. Let go of perfection.
If youāve tried everything else, itās time to trust the process. Focus on hydration, protein, and progressānot perfection. Youāll learn and improve as you go.
7. Block out the noise.
People will have opinions. Do whatās best for your body. This is about YOU and not them! This isnāt cheatingāitās working smarter.
8. Plan for the cost.
It can be expensive, especially if insurance doesnāt help. But this is an investment in your health and futureāand itās worth it. Make sure to plan ahead. Luckily my provider is amazing for the š·ļøtag and comes from a 503A pharm. The quality is trusted!
