Tracking macros (carbs, fat + protein) has been a total game changer for me. It’s not about restriction — it’s about balance and understanding what your body actually needs. ✨

🥔 Carbs = energy (don’t skip ‘em!)

These photos are one year apart and honestly, the biggest change isn’t what you see on the outside. It’s the peace, the confidence, and the energy I feel inside. 💕

✨ Sober curious but still living in balance ✨

Lately I’ve been really leaning into what it means to be sober curious — not because I had to give up alcohol completely, but because I wanted to feel my best. 💫

For me, that means enjoying a drink once a week, if that — not out of restriction, but out of intention. 🍷

I started paying attention to how alcohol made me feel:
😴 Sluggish the next morning
🥴 Bloated or off track with my goals
😕 Anxious or less motivated

And honestly? The more I listened to my body, the less I wanted it.

This isn’t about perfection or saying “never again.” It’s about awareness and finding a balance that supports my energy, hormones, and overall health. 🌿

So here’s your reminder:
You don’t have to label yourself or follow anyone else’s rules.
You can choose what balance looks like for you. ❤️
