This client called me out to a leak. I traced it to some accessories he has protruding from the roof. We offer financing, but that that’s not in the cards when you are out of a job. I caulked up all the joints, and we are doing the roof as soon as he gets brought on somewhere!

You want to know your roofer will do a quality job. Sometimes you may not even be home when the roof goes on. Even if your roof is NEW (like this one) let a fresh set of eyes on it to make sure it’s done right! I got my feet wet inspecting FOR insurance companies!
