Incredible to hear my Papa Chuck's voice after so long in this 1987 interview. He was my great grandfather and was a famous fiddle player in South Louisiana a long time ago. He was a fiddle player though and through. When he got old, he had lung problems from breathing in rosin so much throughout his life. He was SO proud to tell anyone and everyone that he never smoked but his lungs were bad from all of the rosin.

Cajun fiddler Chuck Guillory had his biggest hit with "Grand Texas." Hear his 1987 interview with Arhoolie Records founder Chris Strachwitz.
