Laws and contracts are meaningless without enforcement. Currently, enforcement is outsourced to local cities and municipalities, many run by Democrats who refuse to act. Allowing people to live on the street isn't compassion; intervention is. Most of these cases involve addiction and drug problems, which aren't being addressed.

CAUGHT ON HIDDEN CAMERA: Independent journalists Muckraker Brothers went undercover at a NYC Board of Elections office posing as a non-citizen — and says a staffer indicated the application would still be submitted.

In the footage, the worker allegedly says, “Once in a while… we have people come in here… and they register, they weren’t a citizen…” and “That’s not my job to report anyone.”

The duo shows the employee staying, “We accept anything that comes over the counter.”
